Why hire a coach?

Most people decide to hire a coach for many reasons.  A partial list includes leadership development,  personal development, business development, career growth, relationship dynamics, or communication.  A coach offers you a fresh perspective, as well as addresses the gaps between where you are and where you want to be. A coach also provides a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to figure out how to close that gap.

How do I decide what type of coaching is right for me?

In our initial meeting, we determine your goals and your needs.  We decide together what it will take to achieve these goals.  Next is a plan of action and timeline, and we schedule follow-up sessions of accountability, and celebration.

How in depth is the personalized assessment?

The personalized assessment begins with an online questionnaire which will take 20-30 minutes to complete.  After the results are processed, we review your 15 page report. The report includes your strengths and challenges, how you handle conflict and many other things.  Learning this information about yourself actually helps you work smarter. 

What are the benefits of different group sizes?

The best group size is 14 to 20.  A group this size creates optimal interaction, which is good for everyone.  We will also do a mixed group as small as 10.   For larger corporate groups we break them up into several groups of 14-20.

What is the smallest group training you will do?

The smallest group training is 6 people.  This training presents the opportunity for a team to experience the customized benefits of creativity and motivation as a team.

Will you travel to coach or train on site?

YES!  Traveling is part of being able to provide this type of unique and specialized training.
